Our High Definition transparent  frontal lace is the THINNEST lace on the market. Our ultra thin lace has a natural hairline and very tiny knots making this frontal look completely undetectable once installed giving you the perfect scalp Illusion. We recommend letting a professional stylist install your lace, but it's also beginner friendly as well. Frontals last about 4-6 weeks or longer, but they will need to be replaced after each installment.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 7-10 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) 

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages are delivered usuing USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.



2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 7-10 business days. Your tracking number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7-10 days from placing your orders please contact customer service.



3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment has been submitted.



4. May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order, however we do not issue refunds.. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "The Keilondon Kollection", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services. 

You must contact us first before refunding your package during Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All The Keilondon Kollection Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Keilondon Kollection hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

5. When will I receive my refund?

All sales are final. No refund policy.



6. May I make a exchange?


Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return!

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because The Keilondon Kollection will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USPS to send your return.

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Keilondon Kollection hair seal MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, absolutely no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
